Ouch, I was considering setting up a machine using Smoothwall as a buffer for my network... guess not! :(

hehehe.....btw, does anyone bother to use a personal firewall? I disabled the one in my router and don't use SP2's firewall, haven't seen the need for it as it tends to add a layer of problems. Just wondering...

yes I do it would be about as stupid as not having virus protection not to have some type of firewall

Has nothing to do with their firewall.. They make a great product..

I would venture to guess they were running phpbb, a giant exploit was released today...
