Smoothie recipe

Most use plain vanilla yogurt and some other fruits to make it taste better, like pineapple.

We buy vanilla frozen yogurt, makes drink colder and tastes much better, but, lots of sugar so it's not so good for you as if you use plain vanilla yogurt.

I don't get to do that much though, it's expensive to make that every morning. Of course, you add varying ammounts of the fruit to taste.
