Smoothest-tasting ice cream flavor: coffee

Chocolate is by far my favorite flavor... but it never tastes near as smooth as coffee flavor, imo. Also, the sherberts tend to feel 'icy.' Vanilla, while I don't like the flavor much, seems to come in close 2nd in terms of smoothness..

But, it seems to me like across all brands, coffee-flavor is the smoothest... and thus, one of my favorites.

Who cares about smooth? Taste is what's imporant. To that end, I have to go against the grain and not only say that vanilla's my favorite flavor, but <blasphemy> that I don't care for chocolate ice cream </blashpemy>. Coffee is a close second to vanilla.
