actually the water filters out more tar and crap then a filter does

The water also concentrates the smoke and makes in sit in your lungs longer because it is now a few water molecules heavier.

😕 I would like to witness your cigarette smoking method.

I can't vote because I agree with two choices... hookah is better for you AND They are both horrible things to do to your body.
 
I've gotten puking sick from smoking a hookah before. It was accompanied by the inability to feel / move my hands and feet and the feeling of getting your head hit with a brick. That was with my roommate's hookah, though I've never gotten that way when I've been to hookah bars.

T'was weird.

Hookah is worse if you smoke with the same frequency as cigs which very few people do. Enjoy the hookah and don't worry. If we stayed away from everything that was bad for us then life would be terrible.
