Smoking in Las Vegas

Do you think they will ever forbid smoking in casinos in Las Vegas or will this be a very unpopular thing?

I'm a smoker so I like it the way it is right now.To be honest if they will ban smoking in casinos I'll never go to Vegas again.(for past 7 years i've been to vegas at least twice a year)

Smoking it good, I tell the kids in the hood to just try smoking for a year and if you dont like it you can quite.

BTW I to tell them to stay away from drugs until their at least 13.

Banning smoking in LV Casinos will never happen coz the Cansino can't afford to have you get up from the gambling table and walk outside for a smoke. But some cansinos will have non-smoking. I normally don't smoke but when I am gambling I love to smoke.

For smoking being allowed in casinos, the air in the casinos I was in was very clear. They must have some very nice air handling systems.

usualy i drink while gambling.I can't drink without smoking.

but they will never ban it

most of the gamblers are smokers.Most of the tourists are asians (trust me 98% of them are smokers)

What the hell are you talking about. The last time I was in Vegas I came back to my room every morning reeking of cigarette smoke. And I don't smoke. Granted, it's better than sitting in a bar....

Everyone knows all the big gamblers smoke while playing. Elimate that and well, I guess we got an outdoor casino very soon.

I remember quite a while ago one casino tried a non-smoking policy. The policy didn't last very long; it probably lasted a few months.

I would go to the casino a lot more often if it was non-smoking.

At least some casinos are offering smoke-free blackjack tables so you don't have to sit one foot away from a dirty chainsmoker. :disgust:

Nope, casino floor space is valuable, they have it all mapped down to a science. Many casinos have offered large sections of non-smoking areas but having choked on the lost revenue, they went back to their old ways. The newer casinos with the high ceilings and good vent system are not too bad if you don't sit directly next to a smoker.

if you don't wanna interact with smokers just stay in your hotel room or even better go to disney. Vegas is our place.

Unfortunatly for you non-smokers ,Las Vegas can't afford to be a non-smoking place
