My co-worker left 2 pack of cigarettes in my car when he went back to his country. The cigarette is marlboro from china. He told me to throw it away when I asked him what to do with it. Since I know a pack of cigarette cost $8 to $10, I walked past a couple of smokers and ask them if they are interested in buying the smoke for $4. They ask me what kind and I replied its marlboro from china. They refused and made it sound like its different. Aren't nicotine just like any other nicotine and since a pack is $8 wouldn't they just buy it. Strange

The OP must be Chinese if he can't see the difference between US and Chinese cigarettes. Sure, the American-made ones will probably give you cancer or heart disease...but the Chinese ones are bad for your health!

(personally, I wouldn't ingest ANYTHING, food, cigarettes, beverages that was of Chinese origins. The manufacturers there just don't care if their product kills you as long as they make the sale)

...and it's not a joke. I think they are intentionally loaded with extra tar because apparently those chinese business people (apparently 100% of them are chain smokers) like their cigarettes to be extra harsh.

Besides that, I think that these days, when you ask someone, "You want this Chinese ____?", they are just going to assume it has lead or poison or ground baby parts and pass on the offer.

When i still smoked cigarettes a lot of the people i smoked with where buying their smokes on Indian reserves, it was less than $30 for a carton compared to over $90 legally. They where very mild and 'tasted' horrible....tobacco farmers around here contend that the tobacco was coming from China.
