It seems that Engineer and Smokeball have conspired to create a new type of NEFing.

By creating the recruiting thread, Engineer empowers Smokeball to write a new thread each time an unsuspecting new member joins the TeAm.

This then allows each of us to in turn welcome our fellow new member and bump our number of posts by one.

Ellegant in its simplicity... simply brilliant 😀 😀 😀
 
Then to top it off a thread telling the world about it so we can all post about what a great plan it is 😀

I don't think a welcome thread should be considered a "nef" thread. Nef threads are threads with no purpose other than to rack up posts while welcome threads are (I think) genuine greetings to new TeAmmates.

I do agree that they are a perfect opportunity to rack up posts - just in a good way. 🙂
