I was just looking at the stats page from smokeball and I dont understand how things are figured.

If I take 107 work units over a 7 day period I get a average of 15.14, the stats show 13.67. In the average stats page how can the #1 position have 0 and the 27th place has 244, this makes the #1 member 27th when he should be first. Sure looks screwey to me.

I have just had a look, and my initial thought is correct. The average is only calculated once per day, based on the previous 6 days. If you add up your total excluding today, then divide by 6, you have the average listed.

As for the other thing, i'm not sure there 🙂

OK just had a thought about the other problem 🙂

It seems that all the users with a blank name are at the top, with a negative daily average.

I guess that we've had a new member with a blank name, which caused the stats script to think all these other people have left???


But it's definately something to do with those blank usernames

That is a good deal! instead of building another machine I will just do away with my name, turn off all my crackers and work my way into number 1.😉
I might also say here that I just got another machine going and was amazed at the difference that pc2100 makes. I now have a duron 1.2 that will out crack my 1800xp using sdram. 5 machines now and I have run out of room. 😀
