query,installed mobo is7 in case,connected headers ,hdd,spk.etc and power.switch on ,mobo nb fan works and both pwr led,s but no bleep,does this mean its faulty or do i hav to install cpu and memory at least.

MY K7N2 Delta was a bit picky about how the ram was seated, the board would power up, but it's troubleshooting LEDs and sounds would not come on. After I reseated the ram, the board booted up perfectly, I would think in your case, you wouldn't get any response if there is no ram or cpu. You might try that or reseating the jumpers.
