SMF/MMF to WDM media converter

We have a need to connect two PacketShapers in two datacenters together.
Since they don't take CWDM SFP's, we were wondering if anyone knows any media converter that can convert between SMF/MMF and CWDM/EWDM signals?

Apparently the signal used between the shapers are not IEEE standard ethernet frames, so we can't have any L2 switches in between the two, but pure L1 devices.
