smd grabbers for 8rda+ vdd mod

well, my friend can only reach 185 fsb on his 8rda+ (cant wait to see what i get once i get mine up n running 🙂 ) anyways, are smd grabbers a good idea? we have no soldering experiance, nor do we know anyone who does. do these things fall off easily?
