SMC Barricade router seems to have died ..

My Barricade 7004 worked really well for a couple months, then one day while I was playing with the configuration, it just hanged, so I had to power off... sure enough, it would not go through the power-on self test like it used to. I thought I'd flash the Firmware, but that doesnt work anymore... I'm In Europe and the SMC support in Germany is just a joke

Any ideas on what I could try next ?

My SMC Baricade 7004ABR was dying a couple months ago. I since replaced it. It's lights would constantly flash, wouldn't give out IPs, wouldn't even let me connect to the Admin from time to time. It was sporatic.
