SMC Barricade Router Access Control?

Anyone know what to set the access to for allowing access to hotmail? I have allowed all my PCs access to ports 25,53,80,110.
When I enable it I can not get to hotmail or even download XP RC2
Anyone else run into this or shouldn't I even bother with controlling it.
Also is there a way to delete MAC addresses from the clients list?
I have swapped out a couple of nics, and thiers still show there.
