Looking for a program to routinely check my Barricade IP and mail it to me or post it so when it changes I can still FTP and PC anywhere into my machine

HELP???
 
thats what I was looking for! I tried to use ipmailer and it wouldn't work....

Heck of a time trying to find a program with a search engine
