SMC Barricade Firewall settings

I just set up my SMC barricade 4 port router/switch/print server. I'm having trouble connecting to IRC, getting multiple connections to usenet, and direct connections on AOL IM. I know a lot of people bought the barricade recently, so can anyone inform me of the correct settings, such as host address, hostname, pw, port, socks 4 or 5, etc.

You shoudlnt need to set anything. Can you connect using IE? I have the same exact router and AIM and MIRC is installed on win98 and win2k comps. Just set the dhcp server to the address of the barricade. Default address is 192.168.123.245 if I remember correctly.

Actually the address is 192.168.123.254 unless you changed it.
