SMbus & nic drives problem on K8N Neo Pl Fixed!

I can not get the SMBus and ethernet drives to load on a MSI K8n Neo Platinum board. This is a new system with XP pro sp2 as This is a clean instill. I have tried all the newest drivers and no go. Looking for a little help.

5-16-05 I fixed it after a long fight. The problem was the Nvidia IDE drives. With no IDE drives in the system the OS and IDE driver made the SMbus and nic drivers not load. When I did not load the Nvidia IDE drives and loaded the rest one by one all loaded fine. I think this is whats happennig to the system.

Try sticking in the MSI cd, and then go into device manager and right click and then choose "update driver" i can't remeber the options after this but you can choose for it to look on a CD, i think thats what it defaults to .. try and that it should work ... assuming that you have yellow ? in the device manager.

Yes both are yellow. I have tried the MSI disk and the newest drivers from the Nvidia downloads. I have tried all of the drivers found and still get errors. Last night I reformated the drive just in cast I had a under reported error.
