You are doing something wrong if Blu-ray rips are having problems over a gigabit network. I rip everything at the highest bit-rate and never have a problem of N. Even the article you posted states the highest rips are around 3.4Mbps and N handles around 54Mbps. How can you saturate 1000Mbps?
