This looks better than my Logitech Revue. But doesnt include a keyboard by default, so that sucks.

Perhaps this is finally the mini Android adapter to buy? I want it to be able to connect to Dropbox and play videos on the TV.

Not to me. That YouTube video didn't impress me at all. Interface looked slow and clumsy. Revue is actually pretty slick in how it's integrated with TV and remotes. No way I would replace Revue with this. Nothing still touches Apple TV2.

Hmmm...my HDTV is new enough that it has a USB port, but old enough that it's marked "for service only." I wonder if it will power this device anyway.

You can use an AC-usb wall wart, I have literally dozens of them floating around here.

That would defeat the purpose of not having another wire running to your TV. If you're going to plug it into the wall you might as well just get ANY Android box.

There's lots of these things out there, but I'm waiting for dual-core with Jelly Bean. Nice to see advertised Google Play Store support though.

I really want an awesome Google TV box so I can drop cable and easily access online services on my TV. Just waiting for the perfect option. Is this it? I have doubts it wil be powerful enough in that small form factor. The Sony is kind of expensive and I've read bad things about the Visio. Waiting for a $99 Nexus Google TV...

I'm wondering whether wifi will be enough to run true HD content. Maybe I'd be better off with the Roku XS, so that I can plug in a wired connection. My d/l speed is about 3.30, which Roku says is enough - except for Vudu, which wants a lot more.

I have no problem streaming HD to my WDLive using N wireless.

Think not. As you see from the participants, most contents will likely be low-bitrate 720p with stereo.

Not that exciting to me personally. For movies on a 1080p screen I don't even bother with the on-demand stuff directly from the cable box. Only Blu-Ray discs or equivalent quality clips off of a Gigabit server will do it for me.

Not enough, or not a problem?
