I recently came across this die shot analysis of the Exynos 2200 by Locuza. Very interesting and informative. It confirmed some facts, like the cache configurations ( 1 MB L2 cache for Cortex X2, A510 pairs use one shared 256 KB slice each, and there is 8 MB of SLC).
I want to read or watch (!) more analyses like this one, as they greatly interest me. I am particularly curious about recent flagship chipsets like the SD 8g1 and Dimensity 9000.
If anyone has links/references to free and accessible die analyses like the above one, post them in this thread!
