Discussion Smartphone chips die area Thread.

So, I made this post to collect all the die area numbers of various smartphone chips.

With such a list, it is easier to compare the chips and provides some interesting food for thought.

Apple
A15 Bionic - 107.7 mm²
A14 Bionic - 88 mm²
A13 Bionic - 98.48 mm²

Qualcomm
Snapdragon 865 - 83.54 mm²

Google
Tensor - 108.26

Samsung
Exynos 990 - 91.83 mm²

This is all I could find, for the present.
If you know the area values of chips not in the list, please post them in this thread below.

I will continue to update the above list as we get more numbers.

Hello. I want to know where can I get die shot images for smartphone SoCs. I believe Techinsights has them, but their subscriptions are not free, are they?

You can probably just Google search for most of them. Someone on Twitter or some tech forum has probably posted one unless it's something that's just been released.
