smart par download?

I have the last version of SmartPAR that was available for download (0.13) off the author's now non-existant host. It only works with PAR files and not the more popular and flexible PAR2 format used on USENET nowadays.

Just use QuickPar to repair your wholesome, entirely legit download. It works with PAR files, too. 😉 😛
