What did I do wrong?

I seem to have done everything corectly as the problem demands, but my answer doesn't seem to be the same as the one in the book. Where did I mess up?

ur right column. the equation changed from 3x^2 - 4x + 5 to 3x^2 - 4x - 5

i like how you have it scanned. so easy to read

I worked it again with +5 instead of -5 and I got the correct answer. Thanks
