Smart Kidnappers charged

They should go ahead and execute them.

Any religious frks who think they are the Prophet/a prophet, get their jollies by kidnapping minors and having sex with them or forming a cult in which they get 20-30 wives to sleep with so they can spawn the second coming of Christ should go ahead and be exterminated.

They will never amount to anything.

Mitchell and Barzee were scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday morning and a trial is expected this summer, The Associated Press reported.

The two aggravated sexual assault counts state that with the assistance of Barzee, Mitchell raped, attempted to rape, and forcibly sexually abused the teen, or attempted forcible sexual abuse.

The charges also state that Smart was restrained by a cable and was threatened at knife point that harm would come to her or her family if she did not comply with Mitchell's demands.

Not to worry, chums. No matter what the outcome of the trial, Mitchell won't last a month in prison. They HATE child molestors in the big house - hey, even crooks have some morals.

Mitchell then "raped or attempted to rape her, or commit forcible sexual abuse against her," with Barzee's help, Yocom said. At some point, the girl was restrained with a cable around her foot that was tethered to a tree, he said.

While this whole situation has been terribly tragic, and at least the girl is okay, that was the first thing i thought when i saw the title...
