Smart Card Functionality of Dell Inspiron 600m

Hey

I'm comparing the Dell Inspiron 600m and Acer Travelmate 800 series. Both have smart card readers built in. Can anyone tell me if the 600m comes with all the features shown on the below link to the Acer manual? Specifically the smart-card based registration and POST-level lockout with the card? Do you even get a smart card with the 600m?

Bump. I'm getting my 600m soon and would like to know what exactly this fuctionality entails.

No references are found in the online PDF manual.
