The guy who did all that research on people at that one foundation is Evil

Lex has a very dark side that he had been trying to resist but when Clark keeps fvcking with him by lying and being an immature prick he is hurting things... in the end I think Lex lets his Evil side take over because of Clark, so Superman creates his greatest enemy
