Smallest Windows 8 install size

Whats the smallest size I can get Windows 8 down to? I heard its possible to get it down pretty small I am just not sure exactly how. If anyone can chime in I would greatly appreciate it.

I disabled hibernation since I have Win8.1 on an SSD.
Gave me back about 10GB of space.
Download and run WinDirStat.exe. (Google it). It gives an easy to interpret break down on your storage usage."
