Smallest cheap mini-tower ATX case?

I have a small cubby area in my HT setup that would fit a mini-tower ATX case quite nicely.. It fits my normal enlight mid-tower case except the case is too long. I need a smaller minitower ATX that will fit a slot1 atx motherboard.

I'm trying to get something sub$40 that feels fairly good quality. It does not need to have a power supply. The only thing that makes this case hard to find is the depth must be shorter than 15 inches. The width and height are fairly roomy.

That 15" depth limitation will be the killer. You're not going to find anything less than about 18" deep that will hold a standard ATX mobo. The mobo itself is at least 9" deep then you have to allow for vertical clearance off the mobo behind the drives for the CPU, RAM, add-on cards etc. Would it be possible to cut thru the backboard of your HT cabinet so the computer could hang out the back?..

I use E-Machine Micro ATX cases.
Some of them are 14" deep.
I use a jig saw to cut a square on the back large enough for a full size ATX power supply to fit.
The power supply sticks out about an inch or the CD drive wont fit all the way in.
Than I cut a hole lower in the back and put a 92x92x25 mm fan in it.
Running an XP 2200+ GeForce 4200 and an SK-7 H/S/F in one now and it never gets over 47c. under load.

I think he said he had to use a std. ATX, slot-1 mobo. I doubt the E-mach case would fit that.
