Smallest case that will fit any micro ATX motherboard

I'm looking for the smallest case that will fit just about any micro ATX motherboard and is good for passive cooling so you won't need any case fans. I only need room for at maximum two half height PCI cards, 1 CD-ROM drive and 1 floppy drive. I know many micro ATX cases come with a proprietary power supply and will only fit the PSU it comes with. If there are any very small micro ATX cases that come with their own proprietary power supply and the power supply it comes with is fanless, then that is exactly what I want. Otherwise, if there are no micro ATX cases that come with their own proprietary fanless power supply, I want the smallest available micro ATX case good for passive cooling that doesn't come with a power supply.

Any suggestions?

What do you mean by that? I did post this topic again, but my question is slightly different this time. It just is worded with the same question for the topic title.
