smaller ATX cases?

Does anybody know which are the best cases for ATX which also pay attention to size?
I need to rebuild my wife's system, and looking to do it via an upgrade to my system.

She needs a small case that just barely fits a GA-8IEXP (30.6x24.4cm/ about 12"x24 1/2")

Cramped interior is OK, she does not need any kind of overclocking or extreme performance.
 
To get any smaller than the Antec slk1600 or 2600, you'll need to go to something like a LianLi pc30 or Enlight 7101 with side-saddle psu. If it's the Enlight, definitely open up those teensy holes in the front bezel to let some air thru.
