Small Vista Ultimate problem

Okay, I just installed Vista the other day and everything was working fine, but now when I go to the start menu and click on the Documents shortcut nothing happens. And when I right click on the shortcut and go to properties it's all blank. =/ any ideas?
 
Nevermind, I just did a system restore because my BF2 crapped out also and I knocked out 2 birds with 1 stone.
