Small Vista problem

I had XP on a seagate, then I bought a raptor and home premium yesterday.
After installing Vista, I get no OS choices and the PC straight away boots Vista.

In the BIOS I changed the hard drive priority such that XP would load. But nope, it was Vista again.

Anyone have any solutions?
