Small Vista problem

I had XP on a seagate, then I bought a raptor and home premium yesterday.
After installing Vista, I get no OS choices and the PC straight away boots Vista.

In the BIOS I changed the hard drive priority such that XP would load. But nope, it was Vista again.

Anyone have any solutions?

check helpfiles for BCDEDIT

This has replaced boot.ini that you would typically fool with.
