Small size (10-13") LCD monitors?

So, in light of the Touchpad monstrosity I realized I really would like to have a nice small secondary display. I was looking at the MiMo's but $130 for a 7" screen is a little steep. $250 for a 10" screen is far too much.

Are there any small LCD displays out there that don't cost quite an arm and a leg or am I out of luck

I doubt displays that small are produced in enough quantities to scale down in price. Have you thought about finding an old 15" LCD?

*edit* 15" 4:3 LCDs will probably be quite tall. In fact they're probably as big as a 17-18" widescreen LCD.
