Small Receiver w/ Tuner Rec?

I need a receiver in a small form factor to put in a cart with a PC to get power to the carts fixed speakers. The PC only has 3.5 out and they won't let me upgrade the card. So the connection would be 3.5 to RCA to speaker wire to the speakers.
Budget $300.

Amazon had some little DVD player + Receiver combo units I stumbled on a few weeks ago, but I didn't save any links and I forget whether they had a tuner. Sorry about the vagueness 🙂

Well, didn't find anything suitable with good reviews. Ended up going with a inexpensive, full sized receiver. I'll have less storage room but I won't burn the building down. 😀
