Small question about CPU temperature

Finally I upgraded my system. Got my Iwill KK266 Plus-R+ 1.33 Ghz + IBM 60 GXP. Actually I order a KK266-R. But they (PCboost) gave me the plus without any additional charge ($117, nifty huh?). Anyway, VIA hardware monitor is showing CPU temepature 42C and system temp 24C. My room is airconditioned. But I thought it's little too low. I have 2 case fans one in the front blowing in and 1 at the back just in the vicinity of the CPU Fan. I have one additional expansion slot fan just underneath the Video card. I was considering if the condiotn is conducive for overclocking. I have a Volcano II Cpu cooler and fan.

I have a kk266 and if the plus uses the same thermal probe it sound about right. The kk266 reads temps lower than other motherboards. My system temp ranges from 23 to 25 and my cpu temp (1.2@1.4@1.81v) is 40 idle and 45 load with the Golden Gate and YS tech 27cfm.

They have changed the design a little in the plus. I have built two KK 266 system before. But this is the first KK 266 plus system. they have moved the ATX power connector from the top edge to below the CPU. I thought that was a little odd. Apart from that everything looks very similar. oh and they reduce no of fan header from 4 to 3.
