I resently restarted my computer (which i do often) so i could get into bios but i noticed that my keyboard was off during boot up so i couldnt press delete to enter the bios but once windows loads the keyboard and mouse will turn on and work fine. I really need to get into my bios and with a keyboard that doesnt turn on untill i get windows open doesnt really help me much. Is there a setting somewhere i have to change?

ps-this problem has never happened before...not a clue why it would do this now.
 
Its actually sometimes a feature you have to enable in your BIOS. Otherwise...find a USB to PS2 adapter or a PS2 keyboard.
