Small problem with L90D+ lcd monitor

when viewing web pages in my browser if i move the slider on the right side to scroll down the page, the letters and words flicker darker and are destorted till i stop moving the slider.if i use the scroll on my mouse it doesnt happen.It not a big deal,but if theres a fix would someone let me know.Otherwise this monitor is great and love playing bf2 on it.

That's an effect of ghosting. The reason you don't notice it with your scroll mouse is because that makes way bigger steps than pressing down on the scrollbar.
