Just passed 2.000 years in total CPU time. Nothing big. It should be a nice weekend though, since I'm on track (barring any power issues at work over the weekend) to hit 5000 WU's by the time I roll into work on Monday! Kind of a modest milestone, but since I've only been really crunching seriously since early this year (due entirely to this site, and all the wonderful tips I got for my first home build last December - Thanks Everyone), I'm pretty pleased at how far I've come 😎

Yeah, I was able to "assimilate" one more work box (total of 3, plus mine) in addition to my home rig 😎 Seems to have done the trick for me! I would have appreciated the boost, but since I turned out not to need it anyway :thumbsup: and there were other TeAm-mates who were far more deserving, it worked out for the best. Things generally do. Once Classic finally winds down (anytime AFTER this weekend would be OK with me now 😉) I'll be looking to help boost some others, since I'm not active in any other DC projects. I'll touch base with you then 🙂

And I do think I'll have a :beer: or two. Probably something along the lines of a good Porter or Stout 😀. Then again, I don't think I've ever had a bad Porter or Stout 😛

Touch base - make contact - get in touch with... Geeze, don't you folks across the pond speak American? 😉 It's always interesting on boards like this with a strong international representation to just assume that everyone knows what certain phrases and sayings mean, and how often we rely on them in casual everyday conversatoin. I guess that's why 😀 and 😛 are so much more widely understood. Sure makes the world seem like a much smaller place!

Actually, I'm not even a Baseball fan. Far too slow a sport. I'd much rather enjoy a good "American" football game or a "real" football match. Two of my three kids play, and the youngest will be starting in the Spring 🙂.

The hot tub has been scrubbed down and fresh water added, the babes are getting the bikini wax for the occasion, and I filled the beer room with plenty of beer and ice.

The banners are stung, and the balloons filled with helium, the cake is done and frosted, and the steak and ribs are bbqing 😛
