Small Office Laser Printer

Hi guys, I'm in need of a new printer and I don't really follow that scene. I need one that can print color, send faxes and scans. Nothing truly high-end, I just need good resolution and fast printouts on the black and whites.

Any recommendations? Non-Dell if you please.
