Small memory dump blue screen - what do i do?

everytime i start napigator and it tries to connect, i get a blue screen saying it's doing a small memory dump. what do i do when that happens? everytime it's happened, it's like it just freezes and i press the reset button on the computer. am i suppose to wait? because it seems like a regular crash to me? i don't get it 😕
 
Napigator? WTF is that? Well, do you ever wait to see if it finishes the memory dump? What happens from start to finish? More info please.
 
it allows you to connect to different napster servers.

i left it there for like 10 minutes and it just says "beginning dump of physical memory" 🙁
 
That's very odd. I've used Napigator before under Win2k with no problems. Do you have SP1? What version if IE? I run SP1 w/IE 5.01. I've found it to be the most stable and best performing (I hate IE5.5).
