Small LCD screen?

I'm looking for a small, cheap LCD screen (4" or bigger) that I can use as a computer monitor, say running at 640x480 or 800x600. Any suggestions where I can find one? I was thinking of the InterAct/Sony PSOne LCD Screen (http://psx.ign.com/hardware/272.html), but that seems to be only for NTSC and not SVGA. Something like that would be perfect. Thanks in advance!
