1) Visit the forums (remain not logged in)
2) Find a thread that has more than 20 responses (more than 1 page in default messages per page) onto the second page. this one for example
3) Reply, will prompt to login, click the checkbox to remain logged in, submit reply
4) If in your preferences your messages per page is more than 20 (mine is 40) then it will still load the STARTPAGE variable in the querystring at the default 20 per page, STARTPAGE=2 value.
Another one, much more easily found is just go to any messageview page, and stick &STARTPAGE=99999999 at the end, and its just a blank page, (no error message)
