Small issue with my DFI Blood Iron P35

I've always been very happy with the DFI boards, but something really strange and kinda minor bugged me about the Blood Iron. The fan connectors.

What's with only having 3 and what is with having no connectors at all on the right side of the board? I had to get a fan connector extension just to plug my front fan. And would adding a 4th connector be such a hassle?

I just thought it was a weird look over from a company that usually caters to the enthusiasts and refines every detail for them. :)

I don't really see that being an issue of DFI not catering to the enthusiast, so much as you picking a slightly stripped down, cheaper board. After all, you could have spent a few bucks more for the LP Dark P35, which has the exact same features and expansion slot layout as your Blood Iron, but with more refinements (solid state caps and more fan headers, among other minor improvements).

The fan header layout on the Blood Iron might not be ideal...but it's a slim board, so there's less space to work with. The LP DK is standard width. Also, DFI does indeed cater to enthusiasts.....with the Lan Party series. The Blood Iron is part of the more budget-oriented Infinity series, if I'm not mistaken.

The ' Dark ' is lacking the fan header on the right side also ..

Great board though..
