Please double-check the new forum appearance when using 56K dialup. Many of the small icons do not appear. You can right-click "Show Picture" to get these to finally display.

Also, why was the Font Color option removed? Would like the option to use Yellow fonts on Dark background. This combination is supposed to be easiest on the eyes.

1. What browser and OS are you using?
2. Try clearing out your webcache.
3. Try using the Black Theme, a lot of people like this theme as the most "ergonomic" compared to other themes.

This isn't a forum issue, icons don't appear or not appear based on connection.

As for colors, it was removed because quite frankly most of our customers didn't use it and it caused issues moving to a css style sheet approach.

It can't be "Normal" for certain small icons to NEVER appear on a web page, unless you do the "right-click "Show Picture". Whether you're on 22k dialup (usual hotel or motel connection speed), or whatever the connection speed is.
AFAIK, this problem is limited to Fuse Talk forums: Anandtech and FW.
Browser used is IE 6.0: the same problem does NOT occur when using Mozilla Firefox.
