Small Ice Makers.. And Slurpee Machines..

I for some reason love crunching on ice.. But I hate making it in the freezer, it takes too long, and the cubes are too big.. So im looking for something like an Ice Maker you'd find in a hotel, but much smaller..

I tried looking on google, but im not to sure what to search for. All I can find is big commercial ones..

Also, is there anything like a small home slurpee maker? I drink a ton of slurpees, and I would like to make them at home.. I know those things are damn expensive, but perhaps someone has thought up a smaller affordable one?

I have one of those snoopy snow cone machine 😀 Basically a cheese grater that goes arouunnd 🙂

Yep. I have one where you just shove ice into, and turn this one bar as it rotates the ice into this blade.

I'll see if I have a pic of it.
 
how bout you just drop in a 165 lb. scotsman under the kitchen counter?

IIRC, i remember seeing a 65 pound cuber once for sale around 5 to 6 hundred
 
try looking under margarita machine........... those things are $$$ Cheapest one I saw was $1250 US used 😛

i have one of thsoe ice shavers.. think my mom got it in chinatown..

cant wait to use it during the summer..
 
My local Walmart is selling ice shavers and flavoring for snow cones. Maybe try there. After all, a slurpee is just flavored shaved ice.
 
Im not sure if its a craving really.. Its just something I like to do.. Some people have habbits like playing with pens or something.. I enjoy chewing on ice..

What are some symptoms of iron deficency, and where do you get iron from?
