First of all, I hope this is off topic enough for OT
I've suddenly realized that I got a job, and it keeps providing me with pay checks. Nice... So, finally I can afford to get those gizmo's I've always wanted. I'm about to buy a iPAQ h1910, and a digital camera is next on the list. There's only one problem: I've proven time and time again that I can not take a good picture, even if my life depended on it. Every time I send in a 36-shot film for developing, I get like 9 pictures in return. The rest looks like "Variations over fog in cupboard". It's come to the point that my girlfriend will not let me use the camera at weddings, birthdays, etc - she claims she actually prefers to buy copies of others photos. This will not do!
OK, as far as making up a short list of what I'm looking for, I need a camera that:
- is small (I'll keep in my backpack most of the time)
- take pictures for the web, 10x15cm prints (A3 sized photos would be nice, from time to time)
- easy to operate!
- "easy" on the batteries
My budget is $300
thanks!
