Small case for my entertainment PC

I am starting to plan out an entertainment pc and I need some case suggestions. I need something that can hold an ATX motherboard and a standard size PSU as well as one hard drive,a dvd rom drive, and a video card. I was planning on getting sound on-board...possibly an nForce. Any suggestions and/or links?
thanks,

Shuttle have got a new product in the pipeline called the SN41G2 - It's one of their little XPCs built on the nforce2 chipset.
How come you're definitely going for ATX form factor?

If you're going nForce like you're thinking, why in the hell would you want a hulking ATX board with lots of empty PCI slots? mATX would be a much better choice and you'll find that they make much nicer cases for mATX boards for the home entertainment PC purpose too. Here's a few nice ones, but they are expensive right now too.

The SK41G is good as well, based on the VIA KT266a rather than the nforce. It's got good onboard sound with digital out and integrated TV out as well.
