Helped a friend setup a DSL connection and used NAT to get his two kids' computers on the 'net. I already had his P3-733, but got to add 2 C-633's to my herd. I'm gettng closer and closer to my short term goal of 100 Mk/s. My longer term goal is to get to the top 100.

On a semi-sad note, I passed Mander yesterday. What a great boon to the team he was. Many, MANY thanks to JonB for his MOST EXCELLENT, gentle and persuasive recruiting techniques. For those that didn't or don't know Mander, he was in charge of a HUGE testing lab for Compaq before they bought Digital and closed his lab. His output was incredible... I believe that his numbers were larger than TA Cube's by himself. There were many, many days that he was the #1 in daily output for individuals and normally would have been in the top ten or so if he had been a team by himself. He brought that same sort of excitement that the Cube has brought... he was active and well loved. I, and I'm sure others miss him around here.

MANDER, I salute you!
