Small annoyance I would like to fix

Up until a few weeks ago, I was able to slap my Linksys network card into my laptop and connect to the wireless router and gain internet access without having to put in any WPA2 password. Then, for some unknown reason, that changed and now I have to hit refresh until my router is located, then click connect (all in the linksys software, of course), then enter my password. Otherwise, I can't get any connection nor log in through my work remote access (VPN).

What could have caused this change? And, more importantly, how do I get it back to where it just automatically connects to my access point without keying in the password.

The only thing I can think of is key lifetime or a driver problem. I normally recommend using the utility provided with your wireless card over windows zero config service.

Download the latest utility and drivers and try that.
