I'm tired of the fan noise from this stock intel cooler. I'm looking for something REALLY quiet for my HTPC which uses a ITX motherboard, so it needs to be semi-small as there isn't much room. QUIET is key!

A few recommended the Scythe ninja Mini? Though that seems semi-large to me.
 
How much room over the motherboard do you have? One of the smaller heatsinks (with fan) is the Scythe Shuriken.
